Upon your arrival at our property, you'll discover ample parking just outside. A short walk up a few steps from the parking area will guide you to the front entrance. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, adorned with tasteful decor and captivating artwork throughout the space. LIVING ROOM: As you step into the home you will be greeted by an open entry and then a short hallway to the open floor plan living area. The living room provides seating for your entire group on our new sofa, stylish arm chair, and high top table. A large smart TV with Amazon Firestick sits next to the intimate fireplace. Bring your own login and enjoy almost any streaming app! Highlights of the living room include: ❆ Comfy, stylish, and cozy seating ❆ Intimate fireplace with wood included ❆ Open to the kitchen area ❆ Large smart TV KITCHEN: The living room space opens to the updated kitchen with a bar top counter. Three bar stools allow for even more room to spread out and socialize as a family or group while dinner is prepared. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware. Our guests love the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar top to partake in a local craft beer and great conversation. The kitchen also features a sliding door to the balcony. Out on the balcony you'll enjoy seating for four around a dining table - a perfect place to enjoy the crisp mountain air and trees as you dine or enjoy a beverage. An electric grill is also provided so you can enjoy some outdoor cooking! A stackable washer/dryer is tucked in the pantry area and available for your use. Highlights of our kitchen include: ❆ Bartop for gathering ❆ Fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware ❆ Coffee/creamer/sugar provided MASTER BEDROOM: The hall by the front door leads to the master bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom a queen bed sits between twin night stands with reading lights. A four-drawer dresser provides added convenience and touches of home for your trip. A small TV is provided on the dresser - bring your own logins! The bathroom sits across the hall and comes equipped with towels and washcloths. Highlights of the master bedroom and bathroom include: ❆ Comfy queen bed ❆ Full size shower/tub combo ❆ Linens provided OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM: Upstairs in the loft area sits a queen bed and another full bathroom. A cute corner workstation/desk sits under the window at the far end of the space. A full size dresser provides added convenience. The full size bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo and large vanity. SKI LOCKER: Outside next to the front door, a lockable ski locker is provided for your convenience during ski season. Feel free to store all of your skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets out here! LOCATION: We are only: ❆ 4 minute walk to the slopes! ❆ 3 minute walk to the nearest hiking trail! ❆ 10-30 minutes from the wide array of outdoor activities and breweries/wineries of Nelson County, VA! No pets unless entered at booking. 2 dogs max, no cats or other animals. Dogs must be housebroken. No dogs on furniture. Dog(s) must be kept in crate if left at home while guests are away. Crate not provided by host. Dogs may not be left alone if they bark or cause excessive noise. Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 10AM Self check-in with code provided in check in email This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean. NO Excessive guests Host is not responsible for packages sent to the home. We are right across from the Wintergreen Resort's Mountain Inn and The Market where there are restaurants, coffee shop, gas, small selection of grocery essentials, and snacks. Hiking paths abound (some within walking distance) with so much to explore! Drive ten minutes down the road to Devils Backbone Brewery or the same distance to cideries and wineries and more breweries. 5 minutes to golf and outdoor pools. In the winter you can easily walk to the main ski slope and lifts.
