Once inside, walk up a short set of steps and find the front door on your right. Adjacent to the front door sits a lockable ski locker, available for your use and convenience during the winter season. Additionally, a stylish bench is provided to make taking off boots a breeze. Upon entering the property through the front door you will be welcomed into a cozy and uplifting space. Luxurious furniture and finishes abound, while thoughtful décor and artwork hang throughout. LIVING ROOM: Immediately on your left as you step into the condo you will walk into our open floor plan living area. The living room provides seating for 5 on our comfy sofa and stylish armchairs. A large double window provides abundant natural lighting and expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Rockfish Valley. No tired old 1980’s fireplace façade here! Our renovated living room includes a high-end white quartz wall and apron in front of a cozy fireplace. Firewood is included! A smart TV with Roku sits mounted above the fireplace. Bring your own logins and enjoy any streaming app. The other end of the room provides space for dining at our table for 6. Guests love to enjoy a home cooked meal or take-out while communing over the views from our dining table through the large sliding glass door. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, coffee, paper goods, and dinnerware. Our guests appreciate the option to enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen while gathering around the bar top to partake in a local craft beer or wine and great conversation. A smart TV with Roku is provided here as well (bring your own login). The modern en-suite bathroom features a tile shower and comes equipped with towels and washcloths from Pottery Barn. Three twin beds – a bunk bed and additional twin bed - and a large built-in table give all the space needed to sleep 3. Kids enjoy the bunk bed setup while adults have the option of the bottom bunk and the other twin bed at standard height. Another Roku enabled smart TV is mounted on the wall. A pack-n-play is available in the closet for your use. The second bathroom sits off the hallway across from the kitchen area and provides a shower/tub combo and well sized vanity. A washer and dryer are also available for your use in a closet in this bathroom. OUTDOOR SPACE: The balcony, accessible from the living area, is one of the highlights of the condo. Well-appointed luxury outdoor furniture give our guests an incredible space to take in the natural beauty of the Shenandoah region while indulging in a morning coffee or an evening beverage.
